Introduction
Piles, also known as Hemorrhoids, are a common condition today. It is a condition in which veins in and around the anus and rectum get swollen and prolapsed. It is not a disease, hemorrhoids are a symptom of the disease, which is often triggered by wrong eating habits, unhealthy lifestyles, and constipation. Regular use of refined flour (maida), white bread, and tinned food causes constipation and, if neglected, develops into hemorrhoids.
Chronic constipation weakens the membrane of the intestine and causes heaviness in the region of the anus and causes difficulty and pain to pass stool. The impure blood collects in the veins ending in the anus and creates Hemorrhoids. There are two types of Hemorrhoids or Piles:

Bleeding & Non- Bleeding Hemorrhoids

- Non-Bleeding Hemorrhoids – In this condition, there is no bleeding that occurs, but the skin tag prolapses and protrudes outside the anal sphincter or remains inside the rectum.
